The Town of Carlisle has finished the draft comprehensive plan and received OCRA feedback. The plan will go before the Town Council on January 7, 2025 for adoption. Before then, we are asking for the community’s help in reviewing the plan and providing feedback through the website, through Town Hall, or by speaking at the public hearing.
